Cancellation Policy: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. We do kindly require a minimum of 72 hours of notice for any appointments needing to be changed, cancelled, or rescheduled. If less than 72 hours of notice is given, a sitting fee of $15 per service will be due before scheduling your next appointment. If less than 48 hours of notice is given, 50% of your appointment balance will be due. If cancelled within 24 hours, day of, or no showed, 100% of appointment balance will be due prior to any additional appointments being booked. Service Adjustment & Refund Policy: My goal is for you to leave your appointment feeling confident and happy with your hair! If your results aren’t quite what you were hoping for, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns. If an adjustment is appropriate, I will work with you to determine the best solution. You may choose one of the following resolutions: * Complimentary Adjustment: I will make reasonable adjustments to your original service to help achieve your desired result. Adjustments must be discussed and approved in advance, and the complimentary service is limited to correcting or refining the original result. Requests for a different look, additional services, or changes beyond the original consultation may incur additional charges. * Partial Refund: Alternatively, you may choose a refund of 40% of the original service fee in place of a complimentary adjustment. Please note: These options are mutually exclusive. Accepting a partial refund means declining a complimentary adjustment, and receiving a complimentary adjustment means declining the partial refund. Both options cannot be combined for the same service. All concerns and requests must be communicated directly to me so I have the opportunity to discuss the results and determine an appropriate resolution.
